For the People and the Land of Panama

September 02, 2014 Julia Heckathorn

Panama. It's become a place so dear to me. Helping the sloths there, serving the people, building an economy, starting a church, and making the region more beautiful than when we first found it…These have become the passions of my heart. As the work that we do in Panama continues, the locals begin to change in the way that they care for their land. They ask us for help in how they can protect it better, how they can grow spiritually, how they can teach their children to live in a way that sustains the environment and pleases God. It's incredible to see their hearts grow, and their lives flourish.
